51 Risbygate Street Bury St Edmunds, hotel in Rickinghall

51 Risbygate Street Bury St Edmunds has accommodations in Bury Saint Edmunds.

The location was great, with easy access to the city center and the train station. Other than the back garden, everything was clean and in working order. We were much happier and more comfortable in this flat than we would have been in a hotel. We loved having a full kitchen and two separate areas to relax. The bed was a little soft for me, but my wife thought it was perfect, and we both slept well. We're planning another trip for next summer and will check availability at 51 Risbygate Street before looking at other accommodations.

Breakfast was excellent and a good choice on the menu. We ate dinner there too: soup was warm, cheese and biscuits overpriced. Village is very attractive but there are very few commercial outlets there. We got parking on site, just; I imagine it can be difficult when the pub is full.

The Bell Inn was a lovely little hotel. Our room was very comfortable and well appointed with very adequate amenities provided. Ample car parking space. The staff were very helpful. We ate in the restaurant in the evening, a very nicely prepared meal at a very reasonable price, and breakfasted at the hotel before leaving for home. We would unreservedly recommend The Bell Inn. The purpose of our visit was to visit The Bressingham Steam Museum and Gardens. The hotel is a short drive to the attraction.

This lovely, quaint, pub proved to be quite a find. The rooms are comfortable and quirky. The food is truly excellent - the website indicates standard "pub grub", which in no way does it justice. I had two delicious dinners from the daily specials menu. Whoever is in the kitchen can cook and the food comes out freshly prepared and hot. I left too early each day to try breakfast, which I knew would be the case, so I cannot comment.
