Kings Head Inn, hotel in Pett

Less than 2 miles from Rye and 5 miles from the English Channel, Kings Head Inn features a bar, restaurant and a garden. Free WiFi, free private parking and newspapers are available at the property.

Great two night stay at the Kings Head Inn. A very well family run pub by Steve, Lisa and their team. Everybody was friendly, efficient, provided excellent service and always seemed to enjoy what they were doing. Communication before and during our visit was extremely good. All our questions were answered and info provided on local cabs which we needed for our visit to a local winery. Walking distance to Rye (20 minutes and uphill on way back). Would definitely return.

The room was large & clean. The small fridge was a bonus with water & fresh milk in. There was plenty of tea, fruit teas & coffee sachets. The breakfast was excellent. We booked dinner there and the food was amazing.

We liked all of the food, I’m not a big breakfast person, so if I’m truthful something sweet it what I prefer, pancakes with cream and syrup. The dinners were perfect, spot on. We will always come back

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Two Sawyers on Saturday 28th October 2023 and despite the inclement weather, the greeting and the property could not have been warmer. What a marvellous country Inn! Clean, cosy, superb! The staff were all very attentive, polite, professional and happy! Lunch and supper on the 28th were cracking - proper country pub fare - as was the hearty breakfast on the 29th! Marvellous!!
