I have stayed here before. I like the owner Martin and his staff. The Pub has great tunes and a respectful crowd. The room is eclectic and comfy the water pressure is good the towels are soft and the breakfast is excellent . Sunday roast was delicious

Room 8 -the size of the room for 3 of us was excellent and very happy with the facilities, We ate in the lodge on two evenings and the meals were excellent. Breakfast was also excellent.

Boat house is a excellent place to stay right by the river Dee. Great rooms and plenty of free parking fantastic staff.About 10 minutes to the center of chester . The breakfast choice is really good and some fine drinks at the bar.Always made welcome by the staff. This was our second stay here and I would Highly recommend it to everyone. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great value for money, not to expensive more places should follow them.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
The Nook is very well and often innovatively appointed. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard as is the bathroom. The smart TVs in the lounge and bedroom provide access to news and entertainment. Netflix for an evening film is quite welcome.
