Five Bells Wickham, hotel in Newbury

Located in Newbury and with Newbury Racecourse reachable within 7.6 miles, Five Bells Wickham provides a garden, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi and a bar. This 4-star inn offers luggage storage space.

Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. From the historic, old thatched roof inn to the friendly service, the fantastic food, and the comfortable rooms. Our only regret about staying here was that we only booked 4 nights and they were full so we could not extend our stay. They have our strongest recommendation.

Loved the area and the look of the pub. Pretty thatch country pub. Huge garden out back with tables and options to sit in shade or sun. The room we stayed in was the biggest of the 5, and well presented, tidy, modern and clean. The roll top bath was lovely too. We ate dinner in the pub, meal was superb, all staff very friendly and welcoming.
