Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Stunning views and lots of space for the children to play games. Such a lovely change from the bustle of a hotel or guest house. The most peaceful stay that allows you to immerse yourself in nature. The pod itself was bigger than I imagined with excellent facilities.
Lovely pub. CAMRA award winning ale and cider. Excellent home cooked food - ample portions and well priced.
Very welcoming and friendly proprietors and friendly locals. Corris is a beautliful place to visit. Lots to see and do in the heart of Wales. We will be back!
What makes it exceptional is the Head chef Gareth Johns who has won numerous awards and has been resident chef for many years.and A great kitchen team. Hotel is a listed old coaching inn, so winding stairs, some sloping floors.,old massive fire places and quality furnishings to match good bedroʻoms and public rooms. Very good modern separate shower and bath. Throughout your stay Staff keen to assist you. Air conditioning are the Windows that open rather than the ice chiller blast sadly favoured by many hotels if not by their guests..
Booked late and the hotel were really helpful. Lovely old coaching Inn with loads of character, very welcoming beautiful room very comfortable with good facilities excellent breakfast - we will be back
We stayed here for one night on our way from North Yorkshire to South Wales and it was lovely. The room was recently refurbished and spotless. The staff were really lovely and made a big fuss of our rescue dog (he even had his own breakfast!). The food (dinner and breakfast) was excellent. We will definitely be booking again next year. Thank you!
Excellent location. Our room was absolutely beautiful - very clean, great bed, comfy pillows, plenty of room. The staff were all amazing - they were all so friendly and helpful! Dinner was superb, cocktails were delicious, breakfast was excellent.
We actually liked how old school Toad Hall is, and the owner was very friendly. The bedroom, kitchen and one bathroom were all clean and functional, and the room was warm and comfortable. It provided us with a warm bed, and a kitchen to cook dinner, which was well equipped if basic.
