The ship inn host is very cooperative and supportive . She done her best to ensure the stay is comfortable . I could not get a private bathroom due to unavailbility but never faced it a problem since only 1-2 used the shared bathroom . Infact the host even found out and offered me a bigger room with bathroom but i decided to stay in previous . I will surely recommend the hotel for their good staff

Best thing about the place is the breakfast that has been surprisingly good. The waitress at breakfast has been very friendly and helpful. If you have to stay at Invergordon, it seems to be the only chance for having dinner (except take aways).

Breakfast very good big thanks to Karen the cook, also Reanna who waited on, also for dinner. Should be made restaurant supervisor. Been in this business 15 years, before retiring.Wish we could have had staff like that! Many thanks to all. John & Regina

Lovely staff and amazing food at the tavern. It does have a nice view over the sea. The room was clean and comfortable and we liked the town.

Rustic and beautiful, this hotel is a must for anyone traveling the North 500, or just visiting Scotland! It had the feel of a luxury hunting lodge with all the amenities. Dinner and breakfast were exceptional. The ground and the building are right out of a fairy tale. Absolutely brilliant.
