This mountain inn reflects much of the Highland’s unique rustic charm with character-filled rooms that are spacious and cosy. The Inn serves hearty scrumptious meals and the warmth of the crackling log fires in the lobby will make you feel right at home. We enjoyed our stay in Cluanie Inn. The staff is nice, our room was clean, cozy and had great view on the country. Breakfast was very good, there was enough choice. The inn is well kept, also outside.

The property is 0.7 miles from Drumnadrochit and 1.5 miles from Urquhart Castle. Breakfast and dinner was great - and rooms were very comfy, super cute modern and clean - would definetely stay again

Lovely guest house. Great off street parking. Easy stroll into the village. Great hosts and breakfast was amazing. Also thanks Jillian for recommending dinner at the local Indian restaurant.
Warmth. Rustic feel very appropriate to the location. Room was lovely with scenic outlook, overlooking snow covered mountains with deer grazing in the morning. Dinner was pre-booked as knew there weren’t other nearby options but didn’t need them as the menu was great. Breakfast was very comprehensive. Great breakfast area and breakfast staff were very hospitable. Appreciated the later breakfast time.
Beautiful guest house nestled in the Highlands a few miles from Dalwhinnie. Annie was warm and welcoming on arrival, the room was spotless and very comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. Location is ideal for exploring the surrounding mountains, or as a midway stop-off for travels further north.
Outstanding location and accommodations in the heart of the highlands, “The best of the West.” The innkeepers are the best. Great walks and scenery right at hand. Worth the effort. Our best stay in Scotland.
Historic Inn across the road from the River Garry, and well situated to explore the Highlands. Staff were great and food was very good.
Rustic and beautiful, this hotel is a must for anyone traveling the North 500, or just visiting Scotland! It had the feel of a luxury hunting lodge with all the amenities. Dinner and breakfast were exceptional. The ground and the building are right out of a fairy tale. Absolutely brilliant.
We had a large room with a great water view and a spacious bathroom, which was a nice surprise after two previous B&Bs in the Highlands that had very small bathroom facilities. The innkeeper also gave us some very good advice on a driving route, which was much appreciated.
