Owners Daena and Leo are charming and most welcoming!! This couple is committed to keep this quaint little pub/ inn a shining star. Breakfast was delicious, our room delightful and very comfortable. We would go out of our way to stay here again!

Room was lovely and the food at the pub was outstanding
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
Our room (202) was absolutely delightful and very comfortable. The staff were helpful, friendly and efficient and the food (dinner and breakfast) was excellent.
Lovely comfy cottage at side of the pub and overlooking the pub garden.Very peaceful and pretty area, pub busy but not noisy.Staff were very friendly and helpful .Good breakfast with lots of choice in the cottage .We had also booked evening dinner, which was very tasty and large portions .Our daughter who is vegan also had lots of choice available
We went for the murder mystery dinner. The food at dinner and breakfast was nice.
This is a big hotel so a bit impersonal but the room was large and comfortable as was the bed.
The pool complex is a great asset to the place.
A lovely quiet rural location. Comfortable rooms (I have stayed before in another room) with everything you need in the room. Excellent restaurant with great food, nice ambience and great friendly staff. Dinner and breakfast both great.
The staff was very friendly, both at the hotel and at the spa. We had dinner at the restaurant on the first night which was phenomenal (I recommend all the desserts). The rooms are big and the beds are very comfortable.
We chose this property as a stopover on our journey. Although situated in an isolated position, It was conveniently close to York and other places we wished to visit. Our room was a good size and comfortable, with a hot shower and comfy bed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Dinner was delicious and Our breakfast was cooked to order, with many other options.
