Private room with ensuite and all you need for a stay over and a cuppa when you want one. Warm controllable heating in the room + plenty of plug points. Towels were good and the bed was comfortable also and the frosted glass afforded privacy. The attached pub restaurant was convenient and had great tasty food and drinks.

The Rodney, hotel in Glazebrook

Located 7.8 miles from Haydock Racecourse, The Rodney offers 3-star accommodations in Warrington and has a bar.

Well, it's not a hotel, it's not a B&B. It's a room above the Pub, close to the central train station. For whatever it's worth, it is suitable for a gentlemen traveling solo for a night. The Bartender is skilled enough to be in charge of the house. Fair enough, safe travels, and let God be with you.

Wilmslow Lodge, hotel in Glazebrook

Enjoy fresh food, traditional ales, comfortable rooms and friendly service at this lodge/pub in the center of Wilmslow, 10 minutes from Manchester Airport.

Rooms were always kept spotlessly clean and comfortably warm. We didn’t have the opportunity this visit to have breakfast—on dinner—at the pub, but will certainly take advantage durung our next visit.

The Silk Rooms, at The Freemasons Inn, hotel in Glazebrook

Located in Knutsford, within 2.7 miles of Tatton Park and 8.1 miles of Capesthorne Hall, The Silk Rooms, at The Freemasons Inn provides accommodations with free WiFi.

My husband and I were flying into Manchester airport before embarking on a 10-day pilgrimage of Christian ruins. We would be staying in student lodging at Durham University so my goal was to find a place near Manchester airport where we could rest up from our journey and have some really good 'sleeps' (on a really high-quality mattress with terrific linens.) The Silk Rooms delivered IN FULL!! Gorgeous modern space (we had room #6), that could be fully darkened in the daylight, helping us catch up on some lost sleep. Remote access, so we didn't meet any staff, but fresh towels and 'biscuits' were delivered daily. Knutsford, by the way, is a plush, charming English town with fantastic shops and restaurants. We could walk to the all from The Silk Rooms. Would return in a heart-beat.

A very rare instance of a completely flawless and truly excellent overnight stay. Lovely dinner and breakfast and a spotless, comfortable and spacious room. However, the main compliment goes to the superb level of customer service from all the staff we met. A word of advice to the owners….Your team are a credit to your business. Try and hold on to them! Absolute given that we’ll stay again. A++++++

Lovely little place situated in a pretty location. Food and drinks were good. Room was clean and I had my little dog with me and he was welcomed and had a bowl in the room for him and a towel which was appreciated. It’s an old inn so noise from the bar was quite loud and I could hear neighbours clearly but nothing that kept me awake. Was a lovely stay. Whilst dogs are not allowed in the restaurant which is fair enough they are welcomed into the bar and you can have food in the bar. The breakfast was excellent.

We loved The size of the room and huge bathroom and air-conditioning. The bed was very comfortable. Friendly Service… Great weekend full breakfast and it was very convenient to have dinner here - best chips on tour. Ducks in the garden were fun and you could buy a bit of feed for 50p to feed them. The kids loved it. We liked that it had a fan and hairdryer… And that tea coffee sugar and biscuits were replenished daily.

Only spent one night and were late at a match in Liverpool so didn't get to experience the place really. The dinner menu looked good, huge restaurant area. Rooms were quite small, but comfortable. Lovely surroundings, wish we could have experienced more of it. It was great for the location we wanted though. All the staff we came across was very friendly.

Just a really great place to stay. The bed was comfortable, nice shower, lots of options to eat (inside the pub, the restaurant or outside). The food was good, dinner was very good. Employee Anna was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make our stay fantastic.
