The Hand at Llanarmon, hotel in Llanarmon Dyffryn-Ceiriog

Featuring a bar and massage services, The Hand at Llanarmon is located in Llanarmon Dyffryn-Ceiriog, 11 miles from Chirk Castle and 12 miles from Horseshoe Pass.

The Hand is a charming hotel in beautiful surroundings. We loved the pub area. A wood fire was burning and the room was so cozy. The dining room was beautiful too and our dinner was delicious. We walked to the nearby church where there are huge evergreens that have been there for years and are loved and visited by many.

The Raven Inn, hotel in Ruthin

Great little apartment above a community owned pub. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The pub has limited hours outside of Thursday to Sunday, but someone was available to let us in. Breakfast is very limited, but there's a small community shop next door for supplies and snacks. We stopped there while hiking Offa's Dyke and were very happy with our choice.
