Substantial breakfast.
Evening meal was very good - one of the best Thai curries I’ve had in a pub
The landlord and his wife and all the staff were so helpful and friendly.

The rooms are lovely and updated. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the staff went out of their way to make sure we had a ground floor room so my mother didn’t have to walk up the stairs. The food in the restaurant was great as well.

This is the third time we’ve spent a weekend at the Bull. It used to be really good but sadly it’s slipped to being just okay and I don’t expect to go back.

Everything, the room was so comfortable and spacious, the pillows comfortable, so clean and it was detached from the main building to the rear so it was also quiet. The breakfast was the best we've ever enjoyed, real quality with adequate portions. The staff were very friendly, helpful and engaging. We will definitely stay again and again.

The staff was engaging and wonderful! I loved that every meal had a vegan / vegetarian option. It was quiet, but clearly a place where locals gather. I look forward to staying there again!

We only had breakfast once as we were spending as much time as possible with our grandchildren. The one dinner we had on our last evening was excellent. The location was ideal for us and we will visit again, hopefully for longer.
The staff, food, ambiance, range of ales and beer garden were excellent. Ken the landlord was very welcoming.
We felt the Swan was a splendid country inn

Food delicious both at dinner and breakfast.
Very clean comfortable room.
Very quiet and we will be staying again when in the area.
Great value for money.
Thank you you for your hospitality
Very comfortable stay at a lovely inn with good food and vegetarian options. Being only 20 mins walk from the Ridgeway long distance path this place makes an excellent overnight stop.
Staff welcoming and helpful. Lovely garden and pleasant bar. Room was clean, comfy and well equipped with everything we needed. Dinner at the pub was good with speedy service. Cooked breakfast was also good but very limited continental style breakfast with just cornflakes, fruit & yoghurt. Would highly recommend the packed lunch option.
