The pub and restaurant have a very relaxed and cozy atmosphere.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Dinner was superb. I was looked after by a most attentive waiter - the level of service was that of a Michelin star restaurant. I had the vegan ice-cream and apple pie on his recommendation for dessert (I'm not vegan). It was I think the best apple pie I have ever had.
Breakfast was of an equally high standard. Unfortunately I arrived late and left early so did not have a chance to enjoy the beautiful outside terrace. I'd definitely recommend a stay at the Badger Inn

The staff were great..Lorraine in particular, who made sure we were looked after.... There was a problem with a leak from the ensuite, so breakfast was on the house, and full attention was given.to ensure we enjoyed a lovely breakfast.

On arrival we were instantly made to feel welcome, the pub had a great vibe we ate an evening meal which was superb, our room was spotlessly clean a decent size and had all the facilities we needed the attention to detail was amazing! The bed was really comfy and the breakfast was out of this world.

The room and bathroom were fantastic!! My steak and ale pie for dinner was lovely. And a full English breakfast was included in the rate. Amazing!

It's the first time I've stayed at the Swan inn, but will definitely be staying again!!! It's set in a lovely location next to the village church. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful they were all excellent. The bar and restaurant area are amazing places to sit with so much character. It's a beautiful place to stay and to top it all the breakfast is delicious !! 10/10.

My husband and I were flying into Manchester airport before embarking on a 10-day pilgrimage of Christian ruins. We would be staying in student lodging at Durham University so my goal was to find a place near Manchester airport where we could rest up from our journey and have some really good 'sleeps' (on a really high-quality mattress with terrific linens.) The Silk Rooms delivered IN FULL!! Gorgeous modern space (we had room #6), that could be fully darkened in the daylight, helping us catch up on some lost sleep. Remote access, so we didn't meet any staff, but fresh towels and 'biscuits' were delivered daily. Knutsford, by the way, is a plush, charming English town with fantastic shops and restaurants. We could walk to the all from The Silk Rooms. Would return in a heart-beat.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
The Inn was close to an inspection I was undertaking from work and was in a nice quiet location. The staff made me feel so welcome and the food was out of this world.
Room was very spacious and comfortable.
Car parking onsite was is a must for me.
Excellent value for money. Will return again if in the area.
The suite was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff were very professional, friendly and courteous. I had dinner with two friends on Friday, all three of us had really good meals, and breakfast on Saturday was very high quality.
In the room the bed was very comfortable and the shower hot and powerful. Lovely welcome when I arrived and was shown personally to my room. Despite being busy, dinner was promptly served, very tasty and great value for money.
The dairy was decorated lovely. Rustic but with charm. Bathroom lovely and great Bath to soak in.
