We all thought the rooms needed updating, the one room smelt very muskey, when I booked the rooms it said they were all single beds, but it was 1 single and 1 double bed in each room, the web sight needs changing to be clearer on how the rooms are planned out.
The choice for breakfast was good.

The location was excellent for the reason of our trip to meet with friends. The evening meals were very good with a good choice on the menu, but I was very dissatisfied with the English breakfast on the first morning as It was very greasy and left most of it, the second morning I chose poached eggs but sadly these were over cooked.

The room was stunning. Our view was onto another building but it wasn't about that, the design, facilities and comfort of the room were stunning, we were blown away. The small touches like the dog bowls (even though we didn't have a dog with us, we are dog lovers and noticed them), the power show (wow!), the bed, just everything :)

The breakfast was outstanding and graciously served hot in a pleasant atmosphere with soft music in the background. Chandra was an attentive hostess and owner of a beautifully appointed breakfast area and pub. The room was comfortable and had everything that we needed. Thank you Chandra!
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
Lovely friendly staff and the bonus of having dinner outside in the lodge with live entertainment was a brilliant bonus! It was also an amazing location for us to travel to Alton Towers the next day. Highly recommend this lovely little hotel
Abbeys inn was a really lovely place to stay! Abbey herself is so polite and welcoming. The beds were so comfy in our room, definelty what we needed after a long day at Alton towers. Abbey recommended nice restaurants which one we went to and really enjoyed. The house is lovely and clean. Abbey was nice enough to put up balloons for my boyfriend’s birthday to help make it extra special. We will be going back and definetly recommend
The property was in a lovely spot. The staff went above and beyond to offer me a lovely room and were so friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and tidy. The room was warm, cosy and extremely comfortable. Plenty of provisions for tea and coffee. Even lots of yummy biscuits to dip in my tea. I can’t recommend this Guest house enough. It was a last minute booking for me and I was not disappointed. Will definitely be looking at a return visit in future.
The evening meal was lovely. The alfresco dinning area is great ( the lounge 101 ) The pizzas are amazing. Cooked in a wood fired oven in front of you.
The burgers are juicy. With home made chips
The staff are really helpful and friendly.
Booked a cab to the wedding and back again.
The pub is slowly being modernised. And it is looking good down stairs.
The view from are window Was Lovely of a nice Moden house and a field of sheep.
The brown bread a breakfast was lush. The bacon was thick and tasty.
Abbey's Inn was very clean and comfortable.
Abbey and her partner were very welcoming and friendly. Abbey also gave me great advice on places to go for food. I highly recommend staying there, especially if your visiting Alton towers as its only a short drive away.
This is the second time we have stayed here. Lovely cottage, short drive to Alton Towers, short walk to Cheadle for dinner and supermarkets. We will be back again next year.
The room was very well laid out, clean and comfortable, plenty of space. Well equipped and modern. Breakfast was very generous and delicious and host very accommodating and very friendly. The guest house is very well placed for Alton Towers, about 15 minutes drive and we loved being able to walk into Cheadle to get dinner and anything else we needed. We had a wonderful stay, would definitely recommend and return.
Easy, free parking space. The house is beautifully decorated to a high standard. Abbey was lovely and very helpful, particularly before our arrival. Had dinner in the pub across the road 'The Huntsman' nice Irish bar with gorgeous pizza's. You can also have breakfast but we left really early to get to opening day at Alton Towers (only 15 min drive awsy).
