The staff are all very friendly & helpful & the pub food was excellent, (their gammon steak is superb!).
Ensuite rooms are large, comfortable & spacious.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
Staff are the hotel's greatest asset. Everyone was helpful and pleasant, keen to get things right for guests. We had dinner for the first night and again on our third night. The food was very good with a menu that was varied. We enjoyed the breakfasts as well.
Clean, spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable mattress, great water pressure, lovely view in the Sebastia room. Dinner and breakfast exceeded our expectations, so delicious. We arrived on bicycles to a very warm welcome from Charlene and her staff. Quiet, peaceful, gem of a place!
I had read some off putting reviews but we had a great experience. Our garden room was beautiful - really clean and had everything we need. The hot tub and chiminea in a private space was bliss. We checked in easily enough in the reception hut at 3pm and didnt need to contact staff again. We loved the area - its a short walk to the Joiners Arms and to the stunning beach and the ship inn. Breakfast at the Joiners Arms was really nice. We'd also eaten there for lunch the previous day and the staff were great.
The quirky accommodation is close to fabulous beaches and The Joiners Arms for breakfast and dinner is superb. Lovely little gift box for the dog was a nice touch
Excellent everything. Dinner was lovely, breakfast was more than anyone would ask for. The room was clean and freshly hoovered and the staff, as always, were friendly, busy but somehow found time to chat.
The property was as described, amazing! Perfect little cabin for a couple days away to relax and unwind in utter peace. The property was immaculate and had everything you need. I would recommend paying the extra to have the hot tub heated ahead of your arrival (we did not and it took 3 hours!)
We had an amazing meal out at the local The Pack Horse Inn and would recommend that too anyone staying!
