Good location, comfortable beds, and quiet room. We had great views over Richmond for our window. We were doing the Coast to Coast walk and this was a comfortable stop with plenty to see in town and lots of restaurants and pubs close by. The breakfast was fine and overall this was a great value.

Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
Convenient location in the middle of town with free parking on the street outside as well as a car park. The room was bright, spacious and clean with everything that we needed. Dinner in the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced.
I was invited to a wedding at Runa Farm and needed a dog friendly place to stay. We found this warm, friendly guest house and had a lovely home from home stay. A welcoming lovely couple who runs Homelands Guest House beautifully. Lovely room, very comfortable bed and delicious home made food. I would be happy to return if I wanted to go back to the area and would recommend them to others. My little dog was as welcome as my friend and I was which meant a lot to me. A very happy stay all round.
Beautiful property, extremely well renovated, everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was that nice we stayed in and had a grazing board for dinner instead of going to the pub to each as it seemed a shame not to enjoy the location.
The room was exactly what was advertised, lovely rustic boho decor. Comfy bed with plenty of space around. Pebble styled bathroom. Dreamy back yard with hot tub and views of the fields/Barnard.
