Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
Very nice welcome party. Nice view on the ocean (and got to see amazing sunset)
Really quiet; wonderful space, breakfast and dinner!
We would come again.
Room was decorated extremely tastefully and en-suite was spacious and well equipped. Room bigger than many more expensive hotels and certainly nicer. Everything spotless and just what you want. Our room had lovely outlook over jetty and sea.
Dinner was nice too - lovely sea food and local lamb rank- generous portions and healthy vegetables beautifully cooked. Staff very warm and pleasant. Not as pretentious as some other establishments nearby but better in my opinion! Highly recommend.
Cosy apartment, absolutely spotless and everything we needed was to hand. Gorgeous views and loved the croissants hand delivered by Fr Stanislaw.
Great location for accessing various tourist hotspots like Glenfinnan, sands or Morar, ferry to Skye from Mallaig, Fort William and lovely Arisaig itself.
Staff were great, location in front of the bay in this quiet seaside town was superb with a comfortable bed and room. Enjoyed a pint in the sun on the patio. The food at the restaurant was excellent - we were happy we took the innkeeper's suggestion and made a reservation for dinner. Certainly recommend a stay here.
We loved staying at the Old Library Lodge in Arisaig at this historic inn with a beautiful view of the harbor. They also provided us with excellent breakfasts and dinners at the inn. The room we stayed in was beautifully decorated and was just wonderful. The owners are very friendly and try to help guests to have a wonderful time. We appreciated being able to have tea and coffee with cookies in the room. We hope to return to staying in this inn again.
Excellent water pressure and hot water temperature. Innkeepers were friendly. Assumed there would be some evidence of a library however there was none, building had been a stable. Rooms were new built rather than historic.
