Very friendly staff, good buffet breakfast and dinner, rooms cleaned daily. No noise in the room from the N332 highway with balcony door closed. Perfect location for touring around the area.
We had a wonderful stay. From the beginning all communication was smooth. The house was beautiful and really welll thought out. We loved sitting out on the rooftop patio in the evening. And a perfect location right by the beach.
The gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. He not only booked our reservation for dinner but he also booked our taxi for the next morning. He didn't outstanding job. He also packed a picnic breakfast for the next day because we were leaving before the restaurant opened. The customer service was outstanding!
Breakfast & buffet dinner was excellent, food selection was very good and varied each day. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms are cleaned daily if required. The hotel is easily accessible by car with ample parking and very close to shops, restaurants & entertainment areas. The room has a good balcony area and the air conditioning in the room was very welcome as we were there during extreme weather conditions.
Comfort of room. Lovely staff. Convenient location for transport and airport. My stay was very relaxed and enjoyable. Everyone I met was agreed that it was a great place to stay. Some of the meals in the restaurant were absolutely superb, difficult to find better anywhere. I also liked the extended hours for breakfast and dinner.
Third visit to this hotel. The staff are friendly, beds and rooms very comfortable and the breakfast and dinner is plentiful and good value
