Very welcoming and very helpful hosts, exceptionally clean, comfortable and quiet location as our base for exploring the Black Forest. We particularly loved the little egg cosies during the fab breakfast. Beyond cute! Tea and cake in the afternoon was delicious and most welcome sat in the garden enjoying the sunshine and views.

The location was lovely, in the mountains and semi succluded as we wanted, the owner was lovely and extremely helpful. Breakfast was a banquet each morning, and nothing was too much. Rooms were comfortable.

The hotel sits on a quiet location and is good for hiking, but also just very near to the town proper. The restaurant serves good food, and the price is not expensive. We enjoyed the stay and the warm hospitality by the staff. Will surely come back next time.

The owner was exceptionally friendly and offered to open the kitchen for us, even though we'd arrived late.
After a long day of driving it was definitely highly appreciated.
They also arranged some vegan friendly alternatives at breakfast, after we'd given a heads up during the booking process.
It was not cheap, but definitely worth the price.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Very kind and welcoming staff. The room and facilities were immaculate and spotless. The bed was comfy. We can only recommend this hotel—good starting point for excursions. The breakfast buffet was nice and we enjoyed a lovely dinner (a la carte) at the terrasse.
The exterior doesn’t look it but the inside of the hotel is very nice, new, pretty, comfortable, warm. Staff are helpful. The value for money is excellent for the room. We had dinner at the hotel so that made the whole thing pricier but prices for food seem quite standard compared to other restaurants. Good pool; good sauna. Comfortable beds. Would definitively come back.

Everything was perfect. Daniela was incredibly helpful with anything we needed (and her English is excellent). Gundrun is an amazing cook and they are both incredibly sweet. I absolutely loved staying in their peaceful inn and we ate in the restaurant every night because it was so cozy and the food was all homemade and delicious. I can't say enough good things about our stay. I hope I can return someday soon.
Amazing views from the hotel, friendly staff and nice breakfast. In a really nice area close to beautiful walks around the black forest valleys. We also had dinner there twice which was really good!
We got a free upgrade to a bigger room upon check in. Even though we came a little late than check in hours, keys where all kept ready in reception with proper instructions. We enjoyed the dinner at restaurant and breakfast spread was awesome. Staffs were supportive. Area is calm and quiet. We had a small and lovely walk around the area.
