My experience at this hotel had its share of ups and downs. From the warm welcome and complimentary room upgrade to the exceptional dinner options featuring delicious homemade pasta, there were certainly highlights to remember. The bartender's skill in crafting exquisite cocktails added to the overall culinary experience.
What a gem. We were super satisfied. Tge staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious. I also recommend to eat lunch and dinner in the hotel as they have cheaper prices than in the city. The room was tidy and the bed was really comfy. The location is private, yet easy to reach the rock and Guatape. Kayaking in front of the hotel and pool + jacuzzi in the sister hotel is included in the price. We could have not got more for this price. Thank you.
This was such paradise in the jungle. We had an amazing stay, with dinner and breakfast delivered to us each day of our stay. The staff were great and the bed was so comfortable
Good and safe location , friendly owner and hepful staff. Rooms are very clean and whole hotel is nicely decorated. Nice garden, plants and flowers everywhere. Comfortable beds and very good breakfast. Breakfast and dinner here was the best during our whole trip in Colombia . The hotel has two restaurants and the food in both of them is very delicous and waiters make your stay even better . Very nice view. It is possible to make gas fire in the private terraza . We would like to stay here again during our next visit.
The location is absolutely stunning. The cabins have privacy and unreal views. The food was surprisingly good. Lots of options.
I loved having a private dock on site. We used this to get picked up right on the water for our water activities
Service was also excellent. The staff was very attentive. All we had to do was message them on WhatsApp and they would cater to our every need. I loved having dinner in our cabin. They would simply deliver the food.
Location is beautiful. Right next door to La Piedra. Since the hotel is uphill you have beautiful views. So peaceful. The staff was lovely. So accommodating. They arranged transport from Medellin airport. Cooked us dinner when we arrived! Guatape lovely town. This was a favorite stop during our vacation. Highly recommend.
Room has a great open room of the courtyard. Although many of the trees cover the view of the lake from the room, you can sit on the balcony and get a better view. The hotel is definitely quieter than staying in the center of town, but be prepared to take a taxi or tutu to get lunch or dinner. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the center of town.
Lovely staff, friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast and Thai dinner. The terrace is ideal to meet other travelers from all over the world. Perfect location next to the lake. Will come back, definitely.
The hotel has an amazing view with exentsive facilities. The breakfast is very abundant with plenty of sweet and savory options. The hotel counts with two restaurants for lunch/dinner. Kudos to Kevin wo attended us super friendly and forthcoming.
Very nice breakfast for only 12000 and delicious dinner from the Thai restaurant upstairs at night. Room was good with balcony, bed comfy and good shower. 10 minute walk to main area. Hostel organised airport transfer for us with no issues
