Pleasant staff, nice room. For a budget room, this was really good. Comfortable beds, nice shared outdoor area. Having a bus stop across the road that took you straight into town was convenient. I liked how it was so quiet and peaceful

Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Beautiful Hotel(Chateau) with the best views of Lucerne. The rooms were lovely and big. Were greeted with a glass of Prosecco which was a nice touch. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice and good variety. The restaurant was very nice for dinner.
Everything you need is provided. From bedlinnen to full kitchen equipment. We also found it a very safe location.
With the provided Luzern guest pass you can take the S-Bahn (5 minutes walk) for free and one stop later you are in the town.

Excellent location, excellent breakfast, nice front desk person and restaurant servers. Beautiful garden area for afternoon cocktails or for your breakfast. Loved that they would greet us at breakfast and bring us a cappuccino. Had dinner at hotel one night and it was good. We had to work a few of the nights, for USA hours. My husband was able to do conference call upstairs and I went down to the lobby to a small room with leather chairs where I was able to work on my laptop. WIFI was good.
The main attraction was the location. It was very clean, the staff was professional and we had most everything we needed. Otherwise it was no-frills. No breakfast, etc. There were discounts provided but the places for the food weren't exactly cheap. Dinner at the on-site Italian restaurant was quite good, however.
