Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
Facilities are good with easy access to the Club dinning room facilities. The Lodge is tucked away from the Main Street and on the older building but the staff was wonderful and very helpful.
The location was ideal, being a short drive away from Bowral. The lodgings were superb. Clean, functional and comfortable. Having the dinner venue literally a 1 minute walk away was a bonus. Th food there was superb. Wonderful country outlook. Would thoroughly recommend.
Links House is a charming small hotel with a beautiful country atmosphere and friendly staff. The restaurant is superb, one of the best meals we have ever had. The location near the golf course is lovely and quiet yet close to the heart of Bowral. If you’re looking for a weekend getaway to a quaint guest house style vacay I would recommend Links House. Make sure you book for dinner as the restaurant is quite an intimate small setting.
The innkeeper was very welcoming and friendly. Spacious room, clean and comfortable, and plenty of hot water with great flow from the shower head. And they changed the sheets and towels which I didn’t expect as we only stayed two nights.
Very welcoming Guest House. Music playing when I arrived, dining room full of people, bar open. Sat in the front garden with a glass of champagne so relaxing. Dinner was fabulous and I didn't have to get in the car. Breakfast was a feast and included in the price. Great spot to gather with friends and family.
Very comfortable room, excellent shower and bathroom, quiet and well located. Good facilities - lounge room, nice breakfast and excellent dinner. Friendly and efficient staff. Plenty of on-site parking. Great example of a small (13 rooms I think) renovated older style country guest house. Lovely experience overall.
