It's right next to the lake and next to the village centre that had many cafes, and close to the ferry station and hiking routes. View from the balcony was serene. The toilette was clean although the barn door was a bit of a nuisance cos of not having a handle. Bedding was clean but not very comfortable.
They communicated well through the app but the staff at the property were a bit rigid.

Comfortable, very clean room with a large bathroom. There is also a small but romantic balcony with a very nice view. Very good breakfast (buffet). The guesthouse staff is nice. The guesthouse is located in the very center of the city, but in a side street. Thanks to this, you don't have to look at the crowds of tourists and it is quiet. There is a restaurant in the guesthouse. In my opinion it has good food at a better price than other restaurants. To enjoy your visit to this city, you need to live there for a while - two or more days. The city is cool and has a nice atmosphere only in the morning and evening. From about 10 a.m. what you don't want begins... Thousands of tourists... But you can organize interesting trips to various places and enjoy the city in the evening. When I arrived, I wanted to run away, but I had a guesthouse reservation! But in the evening I enjoyed the city and the guesthouse, which I recommend...

Perfect location on the top of the mountain with a beautiful view esp. sunset and sunrise. Tasty breakfast included. We came a bit lately to check-in due to longer hike but staff was ready with dinner. Every bed in shared bedroom has pillow and blanket. Showers and toilets at the corridor.

The hotel is small with only a few rooms but with a thriving restaurant. It is situated at the side of the Traun at the opposite end of the Halstattersee to Halstatt which is one of the most visited towns locally. We had a bus stop right outside and it was very easy to get to Halstatt or any of the local towns using the local service.
The restaurant provides a wide variety of extremely good quality Austrian food and appears to be a popular place for locals to eat. The staff are very approachable and helpful.
The hotel rooms are rustic in style but fully modernised. The modernisation has been completed very thoughtfully and in keeping with the 450 year old history of the building. I was extemely pleased with the accommodations and the location which also provides a private balcony for the rooms and a green space with easy access to the lake.

Pension Leprich is an excellent place to stay close to Hallstatt (just 8 km away...with a car you are there in a blink). Our room was very comfortable with a beautiful view to the mountains. We had a balcony which we couldn't enjoy very much because it was too cold (April can be treacherous I was told). The place was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. There is free parking in the hotel. I recommend it without hesitation.
Comfortable and clean room in a very nice small town. Hotel locate next to a very beautiful river and playground. Hotel serve a very good quality dinner too.
The family Grampelhuber were wonderful hosts. Mom, Dad, two sons, two daughter (in law), and two grandchildren, along with a fine and attentive staff. The food, both breakfast and dinner, was outstanding. Music filled the house. We will long look on our Austrian visit to Bad Goisern and Steegwirt fondly.
