Such a beautiful property and area. Secluded, but only about a 5-10 minute drive from a few restaurants, bodegas, and markets. Facilities were very nice and modern. I ended up spending a lot more time here than I thought I would because I liked it so much. Very sweet dog on the property that kept me company too. I also felt good with how sustainable the property was.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
We had the most beautiful stay at Casa de Huéspedes. I have never stayed at a hotel where I felt so comfortable and so at home. The grounds are gorgeous, the rooms are impeccable, the DINNERS were phenomenal and the staff was beyond amazing. Guillermo, Carlos and Francisco went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect.
Every day since we’ve left my husband and I think about casa de Huéspedes and wish we were still there!!! You will not regret staying here.
We stayed here for a honeymoon and the experience was absolutely incredible. We loved it here - the views, the wine, the dinners, the staff, the story behind this place. Already trying to figure out another trip here.

Dinner at Salentein Posada was amazing. The steak was the best we’ve had in Argentina so far. Even the freshly baked bread was lovely. Breakfast was also good. Definitely recommend stayjng here.
Fabulous setting. Quality ran through the venue from the food and wine (obviously!), to the comfy and spacious bedrooms and the service.

We really enjoyed our 1 night there. The property and the room are beautiful. Very nice view of the vineyard and the mountains. Very relaxing. Good included breakfast with a lot of selection. We also had dinner at the restaurant. According to my husband, best beef he had in a long time. A very lovely stay all together.
Beautiful stay for 3 days here! Wonderful hospitality from the owners and Guillermo at dinner each night. The rooms are new and well kept with the most stunning views of the Andes. The dinner menu changes each night and is delicious. It is also located in the heart of the Uco Valley near many great wineries. Very glad we stayed here for our first trip to Mendoza!
We had the most amazing time here. Absolutely beautiful building, gardens, pool, rooms and relaxing areas. Great WiFi. Comfy beds. Really good shower and bath. Amazing dinner every night with complimentary paired wines! Great included breakfast. The staff were always so helpful in attentive. We felt so safe and relaxed.
The staff were really welcoming and helpful. Beautiful grounds with wonderful views of the mountains, excellent for relaxing. The rooms were comfortable with a lot of space and they had 3 friendly doggies which made it even better. The dinner was great as well.
The cabanas at Ayres de Uco are new, clean, comfortable and have a fantastic view over the mountains. It is located in a very peaceful area with lots of outdoor space on the property to enjoy, including a riverside area with chairs and tables to relax and enjoy the afternoon. The staff are wonderful and incredibly accommodating—they let us drop our bags so we could go take a hike, and prepared a dinner for us when everything else in town was closed. We loved it there!
The staff were extremely nice and helpful. They helped us with lunch and wine tasting reservations in the area, which was extremely beneficial because I am not fluent in Spanish.
The breakfast was delicious, especially the ham & cheese omelette made to order. Dinner was also fantastic, and the local wine served for happy hour and dinner was excellent.
