  • Hi, is transport easily accessible to and from the property to nearby destinations or does one need to hire a car?

    Hi, We are only 30m from one of the main streets in Livingstone - Airport Rd. There are plenty of cabs passing by there that can be grabbed for a cheap shared ride or we can always share contacts of our trusted taxi drivers. Walking-15 min to center

  • Hi do you have air conditioning please?

    Hi, Yes, we do have air conditioning at the house. Please keep in mind that its availability might be limited though due to the nationwide power crisis that Zambia is going though, that is managed with load shedding programs. Portable fans available.

    Hi! There are 2 large bathrooms in the main house ( 1 with shower, toilet, bidet and sink and another 1 with shower, bathtub, toilet and sink) and 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and sink in the separate en-suite cottage.

The property is a modern, high end, very spacious villa with the main house consisting of 3 bedrooms +1 adjacent room to the master bedroom, 2 bathrooms + 1 separate 1 bedroom en-suite cottage.Very nicely manicured spacious garden with a large outside terrace and bbq/ firepit area. Free private parking
