It’s located near the town centre and airport. Very easy to find and in a good and quiet neighborhood. Coming from the UK I never expected the power cuts so the power backup kept me connected and was able to catch up on my favorite TV shows with the smart TV and WiFi. Experiencing the village life was a bonus. In our room i didn't expect running water as i thought they still struggle with water. We did self catering. Dinner time we ate together with the host family traditional food. We had a lovely stay. The guest house is next to main road so you wont get lost.
The power backup was good as you were able to watch TV and stream your favourite channels during load shedding and that the washing machine in the apartment just added to the overall comfort.
Spacious, clean apartment. Plenty of space outside which was good for our three little children, Internet was excellent.. backup power a big big plus.. Staff were very polite

Everything about the property was above par. A modern apartment, with everything needed for your stay. I travelled with my infant and had no concerns. They are in the pipeline of introducing a pool. Alternative power solutions (gas and inverters) were available, always on hand staff, problems solved quickly. Property is identical to pictures
Very comfortable apartment in easy walking distance from the town centre (will need transport to Victoria Falls as that is beyond the other side of town) - helpful host can arrange a driver from train station if you prefer not to walk in the dark - host also has other accommodation available in Lusaka
We made our own food since we prefer self catering. The apartment is located close to town and in a quiet area. We did not experience loud music or other town noises. A dirt road leads to the apartment which is great since there was almost no traffic.
