Close to primary schools Stephanus Roos and Northridge Primary and Overkuin High school. The apartment is located in a residential area, walking distance from Sinoville corner shopping Centre, and restaurants. Montana hospital is 2.8 km from our place, Eugene Marais hospital is 7.1km away. Easy access to the N1 Highway and we are located between 2 main access roads. One85invinko is a lovely furnished apartment with 2 single beds for people traveling as 2 single persons sharing 1 room or we can accommodate couples with a king size bed conversion, the unit is not suitable for children. The kitchenette is equipped with utensils and a induction plate for making breakfast and a Microwave for heating up food. Complimentary Coffee / tea/ sugar for a night stay is available. FULL DSTV package with Netflix is ready for your use, the apartment has a inverter linked to Power the wi-fi and TV so that you will have no Power interruption. NOTE: the unit does not have a aircon, there is a large fan. Cleaning service is available for guests that stay for more than 2 nights at a charge extra of R 60.00 per day, The service includes: making of beds, cleaning the unit floors, washing dishes.
