Newly refurbished, modern apartment with spectacular city and bay views, and secure off-street parking. The complex includes a large pool and has direct access to popular Table Mountain walking and hiking trails. This apartment is in a quiet residential block and neighborhood - and is suited to families and travellers who want to have easy access to the city, without being in the middle of the buzz.
I have lived in Cape Town for 25 years and have lived in this apartment with my family. I love the area and the unique space, perched at the edge of the city.
Vredehoek (“peaceful corner” in Afrikaans) is a residential suburb located at the foot of Table Mountain and Devil’s Peak, at the edge of the Cape Town city bowl. The suburb is known for its Art Deco architecture, sweeping views, and easy access to the mountain, which can easily be accessed at multiple points. A well-stocked supermarket, liquor store, coffee shops and few restaurants are all within walking distance of Disa Park, and the popular Gardens Shopping Centre is located nearby. The suburb is served by route 101 and 111 of the excellent MyCiti bus service. A bus stop for the MyCiti bus (which can get you to the City Centre, V&A Waterfront, Camps Bay, Kloof Str and many other points of interest) is located near the entrance to the Disa Park Complex. The complex has secure off-street parking for those who have a car.
