Sunny, characterful cottage in a quiet street, with a private leafy courtyard. On-street parking only. Walking distance to shops, Rondebosch Common, and public transport. Easy access into the centre of town, as well as the southern and northern suburbs. 20 minute drive to Cape Town International Airport. Close to UCT, Hartleyvale Stadium, Bishops, Rustenberg Girls and Rondebosch Boys. The cats shown in some of the pictures are no longer in the house!
There is self-check-in, but my co-host lives close by and will be available to assist you if anything arises.
The neighbourhood is one of smaller, quiet streets lined with pretty cottages. Neighbours know one another, are friendly and will gladly help out. Kids (and dogs) can often be found playing in the street after school. Depending on your destination, Uber is a great choice for transport. The house is also walking distance from either Rosebank or Mowbray stations, and easy walking distance to a Jammie Shuttle stop, if you are heading to UCT. If you have a vehicle of your own, it is five minutes' access onto the N2, and then the M5, the M3 or the N1, all of which are the major roads in and around Cape Town and surrounds.
