Reception staff was very helpful and lovely. We were given a map of hoi an and told the best spots to go to! Room was amazing- very big and soft bed so we had great sleeps. The villa is pretty quiet and a little bit out of busy hoi an old town, but close enough to walk there in under 10 minutes. All round perfect for our stay!

The local food is very good and for us the best time to visit is at night when its charming lanterns and night market illuminate the city.
There are very good tours at affordable prices.

There is so much to see and do here.
There is so much to see and do here. We added an additional day and could have used another one. Recommend the boat ride at night with the lanterns. Loved our lantern making, cooking class and basket boat ride. Had great time at the night market and restaurants. Massages and spa. My daughter had her nails done here. So amazing. Cham Island crowded and snorkeling okay but still totally recommend. It is still a nice tour and pretty water. Loved riding bikes around town. Also did a pottery class and bought our products home!!

Hoi An is such a lovely place if you like quiet. This is the place w to stay. You’re not very far away if you like bars shops. Music but then you can come back to the quieter part. The beach is so lovely clean white sand and lovely warm sea.

My purpose was visiting HOI AN old town, I can’t say for other place . I enjoyed my stay n old town was bursting with lives, the moment night set in. Very family fun, which is suitable for me. I saw many families here too. Good place for family holiday. There was lots of cafe , we enjoyed our cafe hoping. Staffs was welcoming. Street bazaars certainly a big thing here. If your feet is not tiring u could keep walking. There r bicycle n motorcycle for rental too. Tailoring is also big thing here. Remember to haggle, while u making purchases.

It’s a place though that is completely over run by Asian tourist during June,July and august due to there holiday season.(No offence but a lot are seriously rude and don’t seem to care of other tourists as king as they get there instagram shot.
I think it’s been a victim of its own success.Way too touristy and you can see that effects the nature of some of the local staff staff in a lot of the public places to Dine,drink,shop and true experience you may of got 7-10 years ago.They seemed and came across tired and unenthusiastic in some places.
Still a great place to visit how ever.
The views from these villas are peaceful and perfect. Because we liked the hotel and foods so much, we spent more time here then at the beach and the old town. I definitely recommend the food and everything we ordered was tasty. They have bicycles to cruise around the area which was really, really nice. Rooms were very clean, and if we needed anything, we were tended too right away. If you are looking for a location between the beach and old town, this is it!
The staff and the hotel was the best we’ve stayed in Vietnam. Uyên and Nga were especially hospitable and were always happy to answer our questions, and ask us about our stay and day. The bed was the most comfortable we’ve ever stayed in, compared to other hotels where the bed was so rock hard. And the location of the hotel was so close by to Old Town, it was great and easily to walk by!
Will definitely come back again, and recommend to friends and family.
Hannah and Spring made our stay in Hoi An exceptional experience. So professional, kind and attentive, helping us to organise an amazing bicycle tour around Cham island with the wonderful Cindy. The hotel is spotlessly clean with a beautiful pool and ideal for travelling to the old town or the beach on bicycle. Would love to got back and stay again! It was our favourite place to stay in Vietnam and amazing value for money!
Everything was perfect! One of our favourite accommodations during our whole trip in Vietnam, and by far the best service we’ve had. The staff go out of their way to accommodate your every request. Quiet, and beautiful facilities. Multiple shuttles a day to the old town and the beach, and back to the hotel. Free bicycles. Beautiful breakfasts with new items each day. Awesome stay!
So happy to have chosen this lovely boutique hotel, our beautiful room overlooking the river was just delightful. The location made it easy to just stroll around the river and old town. The rooftop pool was a welcome relief to dip in after a busy day. We utilised the beach shuttle and had an enjoyable morning swimming at Cam An beach & relaxing on the lounge chairs.
