Front office Staff attended was neither professional nor with a positive attitude and courteous. Requested for early check in but the reply was not very pleasant and the way I was treated looked like there was some kind of favor being done. Travel to Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City) before you travel to Hanoi! So travel South to North. If not you might be disappointed as you'll be heading from scenic green mountains and landscapes, to a bustling crowded City and lots of noise. Depends what you prefer. Saigon has great street food, and neon nightlife. Good party atmosphere, if that's your thing.
But Hanoi has more charm and life there seems a little slower paced.

Three maybe four days is ideal.
Three maybe four days is ideal. Time to view the sights, go to Cu Chi tunnels and museum [both a must do], do a street food tour, visit a few roof top bars, find a few secret bars, eat at a couple of good restaurants as well as a few small street foodie places, go find a coffee corner and check out the markets, there are a few. Use GRAB to get around or just walk.

I absolutely hated it.
I absolutely hated it. Traffic is horrendous and people were extremely rude. All they see when they look at the white person is 💰 🤑. Tney don't care about anything else. Go up North instead, much better! The airport was so busy it's ridiculous. Never again.

This hotel is located in a shopping centre - Saigon Centre. The staff emailed us excellent directions and we found it’s location easily.
Rooms beautifully decorated, very fresh
and clean and quite spacious.
Good open air pool on Level 6 and breakfast served daily on Level 24 with view out over city.
Would recommend this hotel for its presentation and convenient location.
The hotel is located in district 1 - near shopping malls and city sightseeing. Ly, Thuỳ, Hòng and the others from the staff went far above and beyond for us. We even had an early check in and late check out.
The breakfast is amazing everyday. The hotel possess a vintage style with modern amenities. It is clean and they also provide a free laundry service.

We loved our stay at Sunny Guest House. It was in a great location in District 1 and within walking distance to many restaurants and the market. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Everyone was frieny and helpful. We will definitely stay again when we are in Ho Chi Minh City.
A lovely little gem of a hotel, in a great spot halfway between the airport and the city (District 1). Exceptionally clean, comfortable room and bed; attentive, professional staff; very nice breakfast area. Relaxing pool area with bar, sauna and showers.
Really convenient location pretty near to the main city attractions like the market, war museum, etc. It also has de advantage of being in district 1 so there are infinite food options. The hotel is really confortable and staff is helpful.
