Guest suite is in a modern French farmhouse that sits on its own private island. A 4300 square feet home, next to the Independence Greenway bike path and the Crystal Lake Recreation area. This home was built to be private, airy, and spacious and surrounded by nature. Come feed the swans and ducks. They’ll come to you when you go to the chair or closer to the water. We have beach cruisers available for you to use. You can fish, kayak, bike, bird watch, hike and skate and ice skate in the winter. This property is on its own private island. Waterfront, has its own bridge to go over the water. The owner added his own personal touches like the beach sand in the front with a kayak, massive high quality granite slabs make up the steps to enter the main house. You will not have access to the main house, but you will be annexed to it. You might meet the owner if he’s home. There are cameras monitoring the entire estate. Some activate once doors are open but there are no cameras in any private areas. I will be available remotely for anything you need. The people are welcoming and local businesses give the feel of what movies portray as ‘country’ but in full on modern setting with a lot of creative real estate around.
