From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, particularly by Ozlem at the front desk. She went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable.
Ozlem provided insightful recommendations for local attractions and dining options, which truly enhanced my visit. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist with any request made a significant difference. Whether I needed extra towels or had questions about the area, she was always ready to help with a smile. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere.

Excellent and breathtaking city full of amazing monuments...
Excellent and breathtaking city full of amazing monuments and jaw dropping parks and natural scenes. However, some people are just rude and the language barrier really got on our nerves. They should learn basic touristic hospitality. This doesn’t mean that we didn’t meet very kind and welcoming people.
Our favorite place by far was the princes’ islands, so romantic and serene.
Transportation was really easy provided you know where you were going. Don’t rely on people though just use google.

best to use Uber if you want to take taxi as soem cab drivers tend to overcharge. not everyone will be nice to you. so best to wal karound and observe the prices before u make any purchases. DO NOT BUY DUBAI Chocolate in the bazaar. it is awful and using low grade ingredients.Go to small restaurants if you want to have proper Turkish meals not those viral IG/TT videos buy influencers.Go to places like Locantasi which serves authentic, home style turkish food.Oct to Dec is the best time to visit Turkiye. Nice weather and prices would drop.

I was sad that the Hagia Sophia now charges admission, around $25 a person. We were able to take the ramp up to the higher gallery where we had a close-up look at some of the mosaics. But we were restricted from the lower floor. That was disappointing, because entering at the ground level gives one a better sense of the height and grandeur of the structure. I miss the days when it was a museum.

Hassle hassle hassle.
Hassle hassle hassle. Messy, over-crowded, over-priced, queues wherever you go, security checks whatever you venture into... the world's slowest passport control (and most expensive duty free) at Istanbul Airport. Average quality food and wine. Wonderful architecture.

Istanbul: It is the land of history, geography and...
Istanbul: It is the land of history, geography and civilization: its history speaks through its rich historical landmarks, its geography speaks of the meeting of the continents of Asia and Europe in it, and its civilization is very distinctive, you see it in every landmark inside the city - a city that brings everything together in front of you, you see it with your eyes and feel it with your feelings when you see the different cultures in it. Its mountains, waters, sea and historical palaces speak of its glorious history at a time when there was no other world that could compete with it in its civilizational and human progress on all levels.
The talk would be long if we talked about its people, waters, vegetables and fruits - everything in it is exceptional and you do not see it in any other city, neither in the East nor in the West!!
May God protect Istanbul and keep it safe, secure and peaceful.

First of all, the location of the hotel is very good, it is close to Taksim Square, from which public transport runs in any direction, including buses from both Gokcen and Istanbul airports. The room is quite big and clean. The only inconvenience was that we didn't have a closet. the staff was very attentive and pleasant. Thank them for that. The street where the hotel is located is full of very good cafes with live music until the morning, so we didn't have to look far for entertainment.
One of the best hotel in Istanbul where I stayed. Great location near Stiklal street and Taksim square and park. Also you can visit Galat tower and Dolchebache palace by walking.
The room is entire flat with many amenities.
The view from windows was awesome.
We had a good night sleep.
Friendly and kind receptionist.
Good price.
Ten minutes walk and you on Havis bus stop. From it you can ride to the airports.
We had the best experience staying at Marius Hotel Sirkeci in Istanbul. I would give more than 5 stars for the location of the hotel—tourist spots and tram stations are just a short walk away. Hats off to their hospitality! The staff is fluent in English, and room service is prompt. I would highly recommend this hotel without hesitation if you’re looking to explore Istanbul.
One of the best hotels in istanbul. The staff and receptionists were super nice and helpful, the room was squeaky clean and the location of the hotel is perfect.. it’s very close to taksim square. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely visit next time.
i had very long transit time, so i booked this hotel for one night, good location near airport, surrounded by many good restaurants
if i come to asian side of istanbul, definitely i will come back again.
