To reach the property, a compulsory boat transfer needs to be arranged with additional fee at THB 900 net per person per way for join-in speedboat transfer from and to the resort pier. As the resort operates the join-in speedboat transfer with fixed schedule, all boat schedules will need to be reserved at least 24 hours prior to the arrival date due to space limitation, otherwise there will no seat available. Kindly contact the property at least 24 hours prior to arrival date for more details of boat schedule and for transfer arrangement. Any request for the speedboat transfer apart from the resort’s join in speedboat schedule will be charged as private transfer.

Please note that the hotel does not accept a third party credit card for any bookings. The name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in.

Guests are required to inform the hotel of the exact number of accompanying people in their party prior to arrival.

Please note that the beach at the property is a public beach. Guests should be informed that during public holidays and holiday seasons, the number of visitors can be increased noticeably.

Please be informed that the hotel is not permitted to place sun lounger or umbrellas directly on the beach. However, guests can enjoy sun loungers at the pool next to Railay Beach and at The Umbrella Tree Court overlooking Phranang Beach.

Join in Krabi Airport van transfer is available at THB 1,177 net per person per way.

Spa will be closed from 1st June – 15th July, 2024. During this period, we will operate spa for guests in the Raitalay Villa. Spa treatments and massages will be available under a special spa menu. Service hours are from 10.00-21.00hrs daily.

Boutique shop will be closed from 1st July – 15th August, 2024. During this period, we will have a temporary shop in the Deluxe Pavilion No. 203. We will have a little display of our products at the Lobby Lounge. Service hours are from 08.00-20.00hrs daily.

Function rooms (meeting room) will be closed from 16th July – 7th August, 2024.

Fitness center and squash room will be closed from 8th August – 15th September, 2024. Some fitness equipment will be moved to set up in the Big Function room which will be used instead of fitness center during the renovation. It will be opened for 24 hours, but with supervised by staff only from 08.00-20.00hrs daily.

Rates on 31 December 2024 include a compulsory New Year's Eve gala dinner for 2 people in one bedroom Pavilions and for 4 people in Two bedroom Pavilions and two bedroom Villas. Extra person will be additionally charged by the hotel for a compulsory New Year's Eve gala dinner.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
