The hotel location was absolutely perfect, the pool was located on the west beach of Railay (the good side), the view was exceptional, and the sunset was unforgettable. there is another pool on the other side for however looking for quiet and privacy. The waiter in the pool was lovely and professional, much thanks for taking care of us. Top-level of hospitality. we took the villa with tub, the room was big and comfy but we didn't really need it as the normal rooms are great. could be good if you look for extra privacy. The pool villa is extremely new and beautiful. We loved our stay, and recommended it!

We booked a Triple room with and extra bed for our family of 4 and it was still quite spacious. Amazing view. Staff were very friendly and the shuttle bus was.a great offering. Breakfast was nice and good options on the hotel menu for lunch and dinner as well. The place is just stunning. We loved watching the monkeys from the pool.

Excellent buffet breakfast with a great coffee machine. Receptionist was wonderful, so polite and helpful. Entertainment in the evening was fantastic. Very comfortable beds. AC needs some maintenance but otherwise this was our best stay at Railay.

It's on a jungle hill so there will be bugs (I didn't experience to many problems to be honest)
long tail boat accessable only area due to mountains so NO cars NO bikes lol it was so refreshing.
you have bat caves,a secret beach (a must)chill out bars ..the lot with out being overpowering.Low season for me meant literally no hassle from vendors and felt at times the whole area was just so calming.No crazy clubs etc at the time.

Exceptional location, facilities and property. You'll get access to all the surrounding beaches from the property. I saw someone describe it as a 'luxury jungle resort' and that's exactly what it feels like. Plenty of wildlife, great staff and perfect location. Highly recommend.
