We are delighted to have you as our guests in this charming accommodation, located only 3 km from the lively center of Koper and the new beach in Žusterna. Our three-room apartment is near the breathtaking nature reserve Škocjanski Zatok and therefore offers a wonderful haven for your stay. Enjoy the benefits of free parking spaces and take advantage of the inviting grassy area in front of the apartment, which is perfect for leisurely socializing. You can also use the outdoor grill on the lawn to spice up your party. The accommodation has two separate bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed, which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. To relax the eyes, the apartment also offers a beautiful view of the orchard in front of the house. You have three private parking spaces available for worry-free parking, and if you come with an electric car, you also have a charger available to charge your car for exploring the Slovenian coast.
Allow us to introduce you to your host. Marko, known for his warm hospitality, is more than willing to help you with anything you need during your stay. His friendly nature and genuine desire to make your visit unforgettable create a pleasant atmosphere. Marko is not only an excellent host, but also a sports enthusiast who especially enjoys playing beach volleyball, so he is also available for any questions regarding sports activities in the area.
The city of Koper is considered one of the oldest cities in Slovenia, where a rich history began to be written already in the Middle Bronze Age. Koper, which used to be an island, was first inhabited during the time of ancient Rome, and then the area was replaced by quite a few governments and countries, and as a result, different names. The original name of the settlement on the island on which the city is located today was Aegida, in the time of the Romans Capris, later Insula Capraria (Goat Island), the Byzantines named it Justinopolis, and the Ogle patriarchs Caput Histriae (head of Istria). The Venetians, who left the biggest mark on this area, gave it the name Capo d'Istria (head of Istria). The name Capodistria, along with the Slovenian version - Koper, is still preserved today. (Koper is a bilingual area).
