Several buildings located in a lovely green area near the seacoast. We lived in the building with Spa very close to restaurant. Very comfortable rooms & beds, extra clean, almost all rooms have balconies - so you can enjoy peaceful mediterranean atmosphere. Breakfast variety was ok, still the quality of presented meals can be improved.
Walking distance to Izola, easy reach by car to Piran. At Piran had amazing, tasty dinner at Gostilnica Pizzeria Gušt - top recommended. Near the hotel - 5 minutes' walk- very tasty & stylish Italian style restaurant Gostilna Sonja.
If you have time do not miss the chance to visit Postojna cave - the impression is unforgettable.

Nice place between Piran and Koper. Whole seaeside in Slovenia is nice with excellent beaches.
There were not too many people in the beginning of May.

it's a small city with good connection to other parts of Slovenian coast; the city center is very nice with plenty of cafes and restaurants, we enjoyed the cycle paths and cycle roads to Koper and Isola; we prefer to stay in Izola comparing to Portoroz and Koper and it's not so crowdy and everything is close also walking or using bicycle

Izola is a small jewelry box.
Izola is a small jewelry box. With narrow streets, the delicious aromas of Mediterranean cuisine can be felt during an evening walk. We can meet very nice people here among the hosts. We ate fantastic food at the restaurants along the coast. You can eat fresh seafood straight from the sea. We are returning guests here and it was certainly not the last time we visited the town.

Lovely cosy seaside town. We enjoyed our stay as there were not many tourists, it is not crowded not even near the sea (not like Portoroz). The beaches are with stones, but that is ok if you have water shoes. You can find all the amenities you need in Izola - shops, market, post office, restaurants, pharmacy, bakery....
It is possile to travel to nearby towns by bus or by boat - Portoroz, Piran, Koper. To Koper is also a nice was from Izola along the sea or it is also possible to rent a bike.

Small quiet town. Many good restaurants, cafes, pastry shops, bars. Excellently built cycling routes. The surrounding towns of Portorož, Piran, Piranske soline, Koper are accessible by bicycle. Friendly people. Nice beaches, clean sea. Many options for trips to the surrounding area (Trieste, Miramare Castle, Sistiana/Italy or Umag, Poreč, Rovinj, Pula/Croatia or Lipica, Postojna, Ljubljana, Tolmin, Bled/Slovenia)

This is a spacious flat in a residential building, looks like recently renovated and nicely equipped. The hosts are very kind and attentive. There's a parking spot behind the building, right in front of the kitchen window. The apartment was impeccably clean upon our arrival and the wifi+internet connectivity was also working well during our stay. Its location is great: probably 5-10 minutes of walk from downtown Izola, close to many restaurants, shops and grocery stores.
Perfect location close to the beach, to supermarkets, and a 20min walk to lovely Izola old town, in a quiet neighborhood. We were warmly welcomed in a personnalized way by the owners, who are charming and very reactive people. The appartment is well-equipped and very comfortable. Top notch cleanliness.
Ivo went above and beyond for us. Supported us with parking and bike storage etc. Transparent with additional costs and extremely helpful. Big apartment with everything you need and a great terrace. We highly recommend staying here when in Izola.
Lovely hotel on a beautiful location. We paid extra for a room with sea view. It was worth it. For the kids there was a great pool.
