A warm welcome to Pensionat Prinshöjden - Home, by Andreas & David, centrally located in Katrineholm. Here you live in a quiet area near the center in spacious studios or villas. Coffee, tea, bed linen, towels, toiletries, private parking and fast internet included. Pets are warmly welcome. If you get hungry, we offer soft drinks, loka & snacks for sale, as well as ready meals such as pizza, lasagna. Payment is made easily with Swish/card. You can easily get here by train and reach the guest house with a 10-minute walk. If you come by car, you have your own private parking right next to the accommodation. Villa Åshöjden (Villa Superior) Here you live privately in a modern mini-villa of 25 square meters with a cozy sleeping loft with two beds, kitchen, living room, toilet and shower. Fully equipped kitchen with convection oven, stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker etc. Two single beds in the loft which is reached via a fixed ladder. The kitchen has an open plan to the living room with kitchen table and sofa bed. Private patio and terrace with barbecue. Free loaner bike. Studio Prinshöjden (Studio Deluxe) Studio Prinshöjden is a separate apartment in our big big house. Here you live comfortably on the lower floor of our large house with plenty of space (40 square meters). Here there is a large bedroom with double bed, own fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, tea maker, dining area, cozy bathroom with sauna and shower. TV with around 60 channels as well as Netflix, Prime and Disney are included. Possibility to wash and tumble dry. The entrance is shared with the host with his own key via the garage level. Free Wi-Fi. Studio Loftvingen (Studio Superior) Studio Loftvingen is our little ugly duckling. Not so pretty on the outside but fantastically nice inside. Here you live in a 44 sqm studio apartment at the top of the building, with a nice view of Katrineholm.
