The staff was super helpful and kind. Perfect communication in English. I was assisted in anything I needed. No issues with a slightly early check-in and a slightly late check-out. A rental bike was at my disposal in the price of the stay. Also, included in the price of the stay, the hotel offered breakfast, tea, coffee and sweets, and dinner every day with a variety of food and drinks. All tasted really good. The hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet and safe. There was a desk and a good enough wi-fi connection in the room for remote work.

A nice common balcony to sit in the evening. The staff was very helpful. We asked to keep our bag with groceries in the pantry and it was done.
The interior is very beautiful. The building itself is a historical one and they preserved an antique elevator there.

The staff of the hotel were great as they prepared the room for us last minute. However the facilities and service were really basic.
Cosy and warm place with brilliant idea how to use all this space. Very nice stop on our trip from Oslo to Stockholm. Everything was fine and easy to access. Clean information as message from host (didn't meet any)
Location was great - very easy to find and central. Breakfast offered a wide choice and good quality. The room was comfortable and clean. Also liked the eco credentials, in that the room wasn’t cleaned daily.
A cosy little hotel. I liked there were some sandwiches available for free in the evening together with juice, tea etc. Nice standard hotel rooms, friendly staff.
