Our property is situated on a small hill, with a spectacular view of the city center and citadel. By car it's only 2 minutes from the city center, but you can also enjoy the hidden gems and streets by foot in just a 5-10 minutes walk. It is a quiet neighborhood, appropriate for solo travelers, couples, small groups, families with children, but we also welcome long-distance travelers such as motorcycle riders. :) We have a balcony upstairs with an unique view which can be enjoyed by any of our visitors. While on the first floor, you can also spend some time reading from our private collection of books. On the ground floor besides the rooms, we also have an area where you can take lunch or dinner, enough space for 28 people. We have a separate area with a fridge, plates, cutlery anything necessary to enjoy your meal. From the lunch area you can step out on the covered balcony which has a swing, a ping-pong table, darts board and table & chairs to enjoy some board games. We can offer you a safe yard where you can park you're bike, or parking space for your vehicle outside the property.

I come from a big family and I always liked welcoming people in my house. Therefore, it is not a surprise that I enjoy welcoming guests, hearing their stories or guide them when it's needed. I usually offer coffee and some sweets in the morning to start their day off properly. :)

The neighborhood is quite, and since the city center is really close both by foot and car, you can easily reach to supermarkets, lot of restaurants, pharmacies, banks, etc.
