With private parking and easy access, Aventurescu Studio is the ideal place to enjoy the most attractive activities in Brașov and the surrounding areas. Aventurescu Studio is a modern studio, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a living area. Guests can enjoy amenities such as a washing machine, hairdryer, dining table, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, electric oven, and gas stove. Additionally, the location is fully equipped with cooking utensils and appliances. Indulge in a relaxing and peaceful experience on the small terrace of the property, where you'll find a table and chairs. You can savor a coffee or a meal outdoors, while admiring the surrounding views. Make the most of your stay by preparing snacks or meals in our fully equipped kitchen and unwind with an evening of relaxation or enjoy a movie on the Smart TV with Netflix. This space can accommodate up to 2 people in the double bed. House Rules: We kindly request your adherence to our specified quiet hours (22:00-8:00, 13:00-14:00), as well as the designated check-in (16:00-21:00) and check-out (9:00-11:00) time frames. Guests checking in after 21:00 do so at their own discretion. Please be aware that there will be an additional fee for early check-ins or late check-outs. Pets, parties, and indoor smoking are strictly prohibited. Failure to respect these rules will lead to a penalty fee of 500 RON. For stays exceeding 7 nights, supplementary cleaning to change linens, towels, and toiletries will be scheduled and charged to the guest. Our support services are available from 9:00 to 21:00. Any concerns or inquiries outside these hours will be addressed the following day. Please note that we are unable to issue an invoice for your stay.
