Hello, Transfer is 120,00€. Groceries available around 10 minutes by car. One restaurant a few minutes by foot. Playground OK for 2-year old. Thank you for your contact. No air conditioning in any of the properties, the properties are naturally fresh. The pool is very close, less than 1 minute walk.
