Hello! We are VIVA, your second home :) We’ve started working as profissional hosts in 2017, in Porto, with the aim of being known for our hospitality and the quality of our services. The house have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 WC, dining area and an openspace kitchen. There is a sofá-bed in the livingroom. We also have an iron and ironing board. Bed linen, towels and shampoo are included in the stay. We can provide a bed, a bathtub and a baby chair on request. It also has a patio that you can enjoy during your stay. TV service and Wi-Fi Internet available free of charge. Important informations: - Check in from 16h00. If you need to drop your luggage earlier please let us know so we can check if this is possible. - Check out until 11h00 - if you need extra time to leave your lugage while you visit the city let us know so we can check if this is possible. - The identification of all guests (of all ages) are requested until the day of check-in (the provision of this data is mandatory). - Cancellation policies must be complied with in full, without exception. All cancellations after the allowed period will not be entitled to a refund. - Guests cannot leave the property leaving the key inside the lock, otherwise they will be responsible for paying the specialized service to open the lock. - The host will have the right to access the property, notifying guests whenever necessary.

The house is located in the residential area of ​​Francos, very close to the Casa da Música and has a very close metro station that can take you to the city center in a short space of time.
