I often rent apartments for short term stays. I know what is important for me and my family during such trips. That is why I put my heart into ensuring that each of my guests is maximally satisfied with their stay in my apartments. I arrange them so that everyone can feel at home in them.

Property info

A modern 3-room apartment in a quiet housing estate (Retkinia). Perfect for families with children or larger groups. The apartment is fully equipped with: washing machine with dryer, (real) coffee machine, PlayStation 5 with games and two gamepads, 65-inch Smart TV in the living room, 40-inch Smart TV in the bedroom. Fast Internet. Netflix and Disney+. Separate toilet. Separate bathroom. Hairdryer, potty, toilet pad for the child. Footrest for a child under the sink. The kitchen has a coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, induction hob with pots and pans, a large number of plates, cups, glasses, cutlery. In addition, an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, mop, brush. In 1 bedroom there is a large comfortable king size bed (180cm wide) and the possibility of adding a travel cot (available in the apartment), SmartTV 40 inches, wardrobe with backlight, bedside cabinets and bedside lamps. The second bedroom has an equally comfortable double bed (140 cm wide), a bedside table, a bedside lamp, a dressing table with a mirror, a chair, and a large wardrobe. In the living room there is a large comfortable sofa bed, Smart TV 65 inches. Folding table with chairs. Balcony.

The apartment is located in a peaceful, green and quiet location: 20m - PIASKI shopping center (Mila, Rossman, Pharmacy) 50 m - tram and bus stop (15 minutes by tram to the city center: Piotrkowska, Manufaktura, Galeria Łódzka) 100m - Żabka 100m - playground 150m - Biedronka 500m - McDonald's 500m - 24/7 Carrefour 1.5KM - Atlas Arena 2KM - Orientatrium ZOO Lodz Under the block there are a number of available parking spaces for free parking. In addition, there are many smaller shops (butcher, grocery) and service (hairdresser, dentist) in the area. The botanical garden is a 10-minute walk away, and the Zdrowie Park - 15 minutes. 20 minutes by tram from the Łódź-Kaliska railway station. There is also a church nearby.
