Since I stayed here for work I had to leave early each day (so I did not use breakfast but I bet it's great too) and was very grateful for the coffee. The room was sound insulated well. There is AC which was helpful as this was an unusually hot summer night (normally I don't use AC), and I made extra sure to always switch off during the day. Communication by the owners was clear and kind, and at the same time not overburdening. I really like this way of check in where you get a code, because it means I am free to arrive on my own time schedule. Excellent value. We were surprised that the room didn't cost more. The room itself was perfectly clean, comfortable and pleasant, it was a pity we had to leave so quickly. Definitely recommend.
