There are 4 floors, all of them are accessible by the elevator and the stairs. All of the rooms do have inside private bathrooms but do not contain small refrigerators or tea kettles. Good morning, I recommend go by train from airport Balice to main station (Dworzec Główny Zachód). Time of journey is about 15-20 minutes. From main station you can catch a tram number 52 to get to the hotel.Answered on 5 November 2023
