Its a newly listed studio unit which Stunningly decorated. Relax in style at this intimate and charming studio just 1 km from Mactan Cebu International Airport. Crisp, white walls and patterned tiles gives this home a character. Enjoy the luxury of 50 mbps Wi-Fi connectivity, a warm shower and alfresco dining.

*300 meters to the famous Rico's Lechon, Korean and local Restaurants. *300 meters to 24hrs SPA *500 meters to Starbucks *500 meters to Marina Mall, Island central mall and Robinson's supermarket *1 kilometer to Mactan Cebu International Airport. Mactan is known for its beautiful beaches and 3 to 5 star high end hotels and resorts which offers day use and sumptuous lunch/ dinner buffet options. For the adventurous soul, Mactan also has a variety of activities like island hopping, banana boat rides, to mention a few. Mactan to Cebu City is 30 minutes by taxi or Grab Car. We highly recommend downloading the Grab App (our version of Uber) as this is the best way to get around the area and Cebu City. Taxis and public utility vehicles are also available outside the condominium complex, 2 minutes walking distance.
