The place is few minutes from international and domestic airport which very much ideal for travelers. The host is very responsive and accommodating.
The ambiance is so quiet and relaxing, the room has everything you need. Highly recommended to all and I will definitely come back to stay.

Amazing place! Everything's new and clean, and quiet. Many shelves and plenty of space next to the bed, has power outlets, lights and privacy curtains.
Grab to the airport took around 5 mins and cost 100 PHP, took the taxi just 5 mins to arrive at 3am.
Might be tricky to find though - they are located in Kienen Hills Condominium. Go in and the staff will direct you to the right floor in the building.
Apartment very clean and good open space. Tv WiFi easy to use and has all the functions you need. Ideal for pre flight or after arrival due to closeness to the airport. Bed had very comfortable mattress. Nice touches with snacks to have.
This is a convenient apartment block if you need to stay close to the airport. It's easy to check in and check out. It's about 5 minutes from the airport, but far enough so that you don't hear the noise of planes. The people at the reception were quite helpful.

The structure is inside what looks like a normal, but half finished, condominium - with gated security. The owners were welcoming, and everything seemed well kept. The room itself is very nice, large enough with a kitchenette and a nice bathroom. The position, for a traveller, is nice - very close to the airport.
Room was fintional. It had cooking facilities, pots & pans; all you would find in a studio apartment.
Across the road, there's a convenience shop for cold drinks & snacks.
