You will love the calm and green setting of this residential area of ​​Punaauia and will be seduced by our warm and spacious villa. Recently renovated, its decoration with European and Polynesian influences can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. On your arrival, a private entrance will take you to a large covered garage, adjoining the house. You will also benefit from high-speed Wi-Fi and free access to Amazon Prime Video. The living room and dining room are united in a beautiful space. You will appreciate the bright and refined atmosphere of this friendly place to live. The limed teak furniture, rattan armchairs, Polynesian sculptures and paintings add a touch of exoticism and elegance. The modern sofa completes this resolutely Western and Polynesian decoration. As an extension of the living room, large sliding bay windows open onto a covered terrace. You can have a drink in the outdoor lounge or gather around a meal while enjoying the view of the lagoon and the island of Moorea. The kitchen, new, custom-made, has all the essential equipment for worry-free cooking. The sleeping area For optimal, quality sleep, the sleeping area offers 4 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms. All bedding is new and hotel quality. Two other modern bathrooms, equipped with large showers, provide additional comfort to guests. Teleworking enthusiasts will have a dedicated office space. A second terrace, located on the other side of the house, will offer you refreshing moments of relaxation around a beautiful swimming pool and its waterfall. You will have your meals there or relax on the deck chairs. You will also have a BBQ.

Close to nature but also close to all amenities, Villa Teanaiva is located less than 10 minutes by car from a shopping center, a medical office, a pharmacy, a mini-market, a gas station petrol, the Taina marina, the Taapuna surf spot, diving clubs, children's parks, restaurants etc. The beautiful white sand beach of Vaiava is less than 15 minutes by car. The airport is 10 minutes by car and Papeete the capital is 15 minutes by car (excluding peak hours)
