Beautifully renovated 1960’s family home. This comfy space is perfect for a base to come back to after exploring Rotorua. Plenty of parking in the driveway and car port. Fully fenced and gated property. Free high speed WIFI. Large 60' smart TV. There are 3 double bedrooms (one king and two queen beds). Renovated kitchen and bathroom. Separate toilet, separate laundry (washing machine and small clothes line). Fully equipped kitchen. Complimentary milk, tea and coffee. The house is situated near schools and shops and is on a bus route. Large fully fenced backyard for the children. You will have exclusive use of the entire house. This house is cleaned after every valued guest leaves. We provide, bed sheets, blankets, towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
