Are you looking for something different? Just imagine... A little bit social, a little bit private, a little bit of community a whole lot of fun and learning, come join us! With a focus on Permaculture, art and homesteading we offer monthly small scale workshops, organic produce and an amazing view. We have the opportunity for you to pat and feed the lambs and chickens so if your keen to meet the animals let us know!

Neighbourhood information

At the confluence of the Waikato and Waipa rivers and adjacent to the Hakarimata Range walking tracks. This lovely little town was once considered as a potential capital of New Zealand. This beautiful 2.5 acre north facing property is located west of Ngaruawahia, at the foot of the Hakarimata forest reserve with some beatiful walking tracks including easy acsess waterfall and glow worms! 45 mins to Popular Raglan beach town, 20 mins to Waingaro thermal hot pools, 50 minutes to Hobbiton, 35 mins to Hamilton Airport and 4 mins to the township and Waikato cycleway.
